Summer 2017 Batch Visit Kamakura
Kamakura was once the political epicenter of Japan and used to be the seat of the Shogunate and of the Regency during 1185–1333. Kamakura fell into decline with the changing political powers but it got back on its feet after the Meiji Restoration. With its various shrines, temples, festivals, and more, this coastal city continues to be a popular destination for many visitors to experience the rich history and culture of Japan.
